As Muslims, it is our duty to have basic knowledge about our religion. It doesn’t matter if you live in the East or the West, you must not neglect this. Furthermore, Islamic studies are essential so that you can pass on the religious knowledge to your kids correctly.
Course Outline
Islamic studies course includes all the aspects of the religion such as Aqedah, Fiqh, Hadith, and Islamic History. All of these are taught with Quranic references; therefore, we also teach Quranic Tafseer to accommodate our students.
- Aqedah:
Aqedah comprises three major elements and we touch upon all these aspects in our Islamic studies course.
- Fiqh:
Fiqh refers to Islamic jurisprudence. Studying fiqh enables you to develop a deeper understanding of Islamic laws. The syllabus is divided into two parts:
- Fiqh Essentials
- Advanced
- Hadith:
Our Hadith syllabus is designed on the following criteria:
- 40 Hadith Qudsi
- 40 Hadith Nabawi
For advanced studies, we cover hadiths on various topics from the well-known Muslim hadith books such as:
- Sahih Bukhari
- Sahih Muslim
- Jami` at-Tirmidhi
- Sunan an-Nasa’i
- Sunan Ibn Majah
- Sunan Abi Dawud
- Riyad as-Salihin
- Islamic History:
Islam has a rich history that portrays compassion, courage, patience, and firm faith in Allah. Our syllabus covers Islamic history since the beginning of time, the Golden Age of Islam, and recent historical events. It includes the stories of Prophet PBUH and Sahaba. This course aims to instill a sense of pride and joy among the students when they think about their religion.

- Basic or in-depth knowledge of Fiqh
- Extensive knowledge of Hadith
